Nothing is more exciting than making the correct sale. Hearing positive feedback from our customers about our designs, products, and service is our top goa day in and day out.

Free Shipping

All of our products ship to the lower 48 states with free shipping. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of a sale unless a product is on backorder and the customer is aware.

REturns

We offer a 30 day return policy on any non-network connected product. Any network connected product comes with a 14 day return policy from time of receipt.

Tax free

Any product shipped outside of the state of South Carolina will be sold with out sales tax. This policy can change at any time based on local law changes.

International Orders

All international orders will be quoted and sold through a Vessel Audio representative. All orders are shipped DDU with the customer responsible for any duties and customs taxes paid by the customer. All orders will be paid via wire transfer only. All shipping costs, taxes, duties, etc. due to a return are paid by the customer.

Shipping

We ship primarily using UPS shipping services unless otherwise notified. We have warehouses in South Carolina, Utah, and Georgia. Typical deliver is expected within 2-3 days from shipment. West coast, Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments may take up to 7 days to receive. Expedited shipping services are available upon request, additional fess may apply.
